There is an option to add round trip transfers for 2. Please arrive within the suggested times to be picked up by The 20 Ninth passengers only shuttle.

The 20 Ninth Leap Day Getaway Trip will be hosted at Camptown in Lead, NY

Breakfast is not included. Some lunches & dinners are included (specified in the program). Alcohol will not be provided but is available for purchase.

All purchases are nonrefundable. Price is Per Person. Some meals & drinks are included in pricing. Flights are not included* Travel Insurance is Highly Recommended 

However, if you are unable to attend The Leap Day Getaway Trip we can transfer your registration to someone else.

We reserve the right to cancel or postpone The 20 Ninth Trip or related event(s) in our sole discretion. If we cancel or postpone The 20 Ninth trip or event, we will use reasonable efforts to reschedule the canceled or postponed The 20 Ninth trip or event in a reasonable time from its original start date. Registration fees paid by registrants for a canceled or postponed The 20 Ninth shall apply to the rescheduled The 20 Ninth  trip on dollar for dollar basis only. In the event for whatever reason The 20 Ninth can not reschedule The 20 Ninth trip or event, the registrant will be offered a refund. If this occurs, our responsibility is limited to a refund of which may include any registration fee(s) already paid. The 20 Ninth is not responsible for airline tickets, hotel costs, other tickets or payments, or any similar fee penalties or related or unrelated losses, costs and/or expenses registrant may incur or have incurred as a result of any trip cancellations or changes.

Please allow sixty (60) days for us to process any refunds or credit changes.

The 20 Ninth Trip dates and locations are subject to change without prior notice. The 20 Ninth reserves the right to change any and all speakers and programming for The 20 Ninth Trip or event without notice.
