Our Treehouse Escape retreat will take place in a luxury boutique hotel in the heart of the old city of Los Cabos, Mexico. We have personally taken care of and chosen every detail of this escapade to make your stay as comfortable as ever, allowing you to savor a lifestyle of connection and renewal. This intimate oasis featuring luxury treehouses complete with luxury linens and sustainability hosts lounge areas for conversation, separate garden areas alongside relaxation pools, and much more. Luxury Boutique Hotel
An oasis, now known as ACRE, tucked in the foothills of San Jose del Cabo. 25 acres of sheer creativity that began as a restaurant and bar, and has now evolved to provide travelers with an alternative vacation experience like no other.
ACRE event space such as the esoteric mango orchard and the rooftop with its sensational jungle view have appeared throughout the property over the years, followed by glamping treehouses and as of late 2019, rammed earth sustainable Villas.
And the evolution isn’t stopping there.
Think of ACRE as a playground for all - a lush Secret Garden of palms, relaxed new experiences and an unwavering essence of free spirit.

Visas are Not required for stays under 90 days for U.S. Citizens. Please check visa requirements based on your citizenship.
We would recommend you exchange your money at your bank or at the airport in your country. The hotel takes credit cards, but we would suggest bringing cash for when we are in the market and on tours/excursions for shopping or pocket change.
The 20 Ninth Treehouse EscapeTrip will be hosted at Acre Baja in Los Cabos, Mexico.
Breakfast is included daily. Some lunches & dinners are included (specified in the program). Specified alcohol will be provided during some experiences.
Negative PCR Covid Test required 72hrs prior ( Please Quarantine during that 72hrs to insure accurate test results)

However, if you are unable to attend The Treehouse Escape Trip we can transfer your registration to a following trip (within 12 months) without penalty.
We reserve the right to cancel or postpone The 20 Ninth Trip or related event(s) in our sole discretion. If we cancel or postpone The 20 Ninth trip or event, we will use reasonable efforts to reschedule the canceled or postponed The 20 Ninth trip or event in a reasonable time from its original start date. Registration fees paid by registrants for a canceled or postponed The 20 Ninth shall apply to the rescheduled The 20 Ninth trip on dollar for dollar basis only. In the event for whatever reason The 20 Ninth can not reschedule The 20 Ninth trip or event, the registrant will be offered a refund. If this occurs, our responsibility is limited to a refund of which may include any registration fee(s) already paid. The 20 Ninth is not responsible for airline tickets, hotel costs, other tickets or payments, or any similar fee penalties or related or unrelated losses, costs and/or expenses registrant may incur or have incurred as a result of any trip cancellations or changes.
Please allow sixty (60) days for us to process any refunds or credit changes.
The 20 Ninth Trip dates and locations are subject to change without prior notice. The 20 Ninth reserves the right to change any and all speakers and programming for The 20 Ninth Trip or event without notice.
