Visas are Not required for stays under 90 days for U.S. Citizens. Please check visa requirements based on your citizenship.
We would recommend you exchange your money at your bank or at the airport in your country. The hotel takes credit cards, but we would suggest bringing cash for when we are in the market and on tours/excursions for shopping or pocket change.
The 20 Ninth Desert Romance Trip will be hosted at The Oberoi in Marrakech Morocco.
Breakfast is included daily. Some lunches & dinners are included (specified in the program). Specified alcohol will be provided at the welcome and farewell dinners.

However, if you are unable to attend The Desert Romance Trip we can transfer your registration to a following trip (within 12 months) without penalty.
We reserve the right to cancel or postpone The 20 Ninth Trip or related event(s) in our sole discretion. If we cancel or postpone The 20 Ninth trip or event, we will use reasonable efforts to reschedule the canceled or postponed The 20 Ninth trip or event in a reasonable time from its original start date. Registration fees paid by registrants for a canceled or postponed The 20 Ninth shall apply to the rescheduled The 20 Ninth trip on dollar for dollar basis only. In the event for whatever reason The 20 Ninth can not reschedule The 20 Ninth trip or event, the registrant will be offered a refund. If this occurs, our responsibility is limited to a refund of which may include any registration fee(s) already paid. The 20 Ninth is not responsible for airline tickets, hotel costs, other tickets or payments, or any similar fee penalties or related or unrelated losses, costs and/or expenses registrant may incur or have incurred as a result of any trip cancellations or changes.
Please allow sixty (60) days for us to process any refunds or credit changes.
